Milk on the Move is committed to ensuring that your expressing kits and breastfeeding essentials reach you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. We offer straightforward postage methods and transparent pricing to provide peace of mind to our customers. Our aim is to build trust and loyalty by delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 -3 working days. If you need it quicker, drop us a message and we'll do our best to help.
We use postage services such as EVRI in order to deliver your Milk on the Move product. When placing your order, the postage price will be displayed. When applicable, you will be issued with a tracking number to track your package directly.

RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to love your Milk on the Move purchase—but we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:
Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened feeding accessories unless faulty.

Refunds

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order if needed.
